Qualsiasi prodotto difettoso non danneggiato, restituirlo con i suoi accessori e imballaggi inclusi insieme alla ricevuta originale (o alla ricevuta regalo) entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui si riceve il prodotto sarà cambiato con uno uguale  o offriremo un rimborso in base al metodo di pagamento originale. Il prodotto dovrà essere  restituito utilizzando POSTE ITALIANE con la modalità PIEGHI LIBRI Inoltre, si prega di notare quanto segue: (i) i prodotti possono essere restituiti solo nel paese in cui sono stati originariamente acquistati;

 

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, returned with the accessories and packaging included along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Please note the following: Products can only be returned to the country in which they originally purchased.
